Tropical Green

This smoothie has the greens and the tropical fruits that will give you a boost any time during your day.

Ingredients:

  • Coconut water (1 cup)
  • Banana (1)
  • Mango (hand full of chunks or half a mango)
  • Pineapple (hand full of chunks)
  • Kale (hand full)
  • Spinach (hand full)

For some added sweetness you can use one date or 1 tablespoon of honey.

*Its best to use frozen fruits if you don’t want to use ice.*
