- Coconut water (1 cup)
- Banana (1)
- Mango (hand full of chunks or half a mango)
- Pineapple (hand full of chunks)
- Kale (hand full)
- Spinach (hand full)
For some added sweetness you can use one date or 1 tablespoon of honey.
