The Lemon Ginger Blast

This has been my daily obsession for about two weeks now. This is my breakfast. This juice has completely changed the way I feel and think! My energy level has improved, and most importantly my digestion has improved. Its like my body has been made new!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Lemon (peeled if not organic)
  • Ginger
  • 1 Bunch of Cilantro
  • 1 Bunch of Parsley
  • A hand full of Arugula
  • 1/2 Habanero Pepper (If you can handle spicy you can put a whole habanero pepper)
  • 1 Cucumber
